The home has:
• 2 En-suite King suites with showers & bath tubs.
• 1 King Suite with shared bathroom shower-only (shared with bunk room)
• 1 Bunk room with 4 total twin mattresses.

Torreon includes a public clubhouse with an awesome restaurant to all of our renters.
Unfortunately, the community only allows us to transfer membership benefits to renters one (1) time per month, and that will only include four (4) people maximum for the transfer. They charge us $275 to transfer to the first person, and an additional $100 for each person 2, 3, and 4. So Transferring the membership costs us $575 for 4 people — we have to submit paperwork to Torreon to do this so we charge an additional $25 for this, so $600 total for 4 people. $400 for 2 people. Once we have transferred, you have access to Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, and Kids Play Areas.

The Kitchen is fully stocked, with:
• place settings for 10,
• luxury pots & pans,
• cooking utensils,
• blenders,
• Keurig & drip coffee systems,
• toaster,
• microwave,
• gas range oven,
• two dishwashers,
• two full refrigerators (one in laundry room) plus a small wine or beverage fridge in island, and
• kids plates and cups.
• Theres also a full-sized built-in gas grill on the patio.

The home includes TVs in all the bedrooms with streaming services included.
BBQ & Firepit with built-in gas connections (NO need for propane tanks).
Outdoor furniture includes full dining table as well as 9’ sofa and 4 lounge chairs in the back, and 4 Adirondacks on the front porch.
Laundry includes washer & dryer with gentle detergent (if specific needs for allergies please bring your own). Theres a 2nd fridge/freezer in the laundry room for overflow groceries, and a sink for soaking clothing, as well as a rolling hamper for each bedroom.
Basic toiletries are included, and the bathrooms all have hair dryers.
Your stay includes a cleaning fee for big stuff and final cleaning, but we provide cleaning supplies for small spills and messes during your stay.
